It’s always such a pleasure for Images & Sound to support the brilliant initiatives of WIFT NZ and this was truly a night to enjoy. It was a unique opportunity to hear from legendary music documentary film maker Stephanie Bennett who has made films with many of the iconic artists of the 20th century including The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Roy Orbison, Chuck Berry, Joni Mitchell, and Marianne Faithfull. Stephanie enlightened a sold out crowd with vibrant stories about her career and experiences in discussion with Maori Television Head of Programming, Carol Hirschfeld. A huge thank you to Stephanie & Carol for a fantastic night that was enjoyed by all.
 
We'd also like to congratulate Julia Parnell from Butobase for winning the Images & Sound $2,500 colour grading prize draw. Julia will have the opportunity to work with one of our talented colourists in the Baselight 4 Grading Theatre.
